Set up hours will be from 6:00am - 10:00am

Show Hours will be from 10:00am - 7:00pm

Tables will only be secured with a full payment and filled out contract

Layout of the show is pre-determined as the show takes place in an active mall during business hours. Vendors and tables can not block emergency exits or the entrances to businesses that are inside the mall.

Electrical outlets and Wifi access will not be given.

Dealer’s exhibits may not intrude in the aisles in front of or to the side of the dealer’s tables. Walkway space needs to be maintained in accordance with the rules of the Fire Marshall. Please notify us immediately if you require wall space. No tables/spaces will be reserved by application alone, all payments must accompany application. All vendors/exhibitors agree to hold blameless all Michigan is Dead committee members, workers, employees and agents, against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors/exhibitors participation in the Michigan is Dead. Michigan is Dead is in no way endorses any vendors/exhibitor’s merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors/exhibitors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions and/or direction of Michigan is Dead. Vendors/exhibitors do not represent Michigan is Dead in any way, and Michigan is Dead is to be held blameless against any and all merchandise bought, sold or brought onto the premises of the the Michigan is Dead event. All merchandise sold by all vendors/exhibitors is strictly from one collector to another and no rights are given or implied. Michigan is Dead reserves the right to refuse to allow displays or merchandise that is pornographic or extremely violent in nature to be exhibited or sold. Please keep in mind that this is a Family Event. Absolutely no pornographic material may be displayed openly at this event. Once payment has been received, there will be NO REFUNDS on vendor space. Refunds are given only if a show is cancelled. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements, as Michigan is Dead is not responsible for vendors housing. Vendors are responsible for charging state sales tax and reporting sales to the state. Michigan is Dead will not be held responsible for vendor failure to collect, report, and submit sales tax charges. Vendors are accountable for any legal action taken against them or their workers, volunteers or etc. Neither Michigan is Dead, Static Tape Video, The Lakes Mall, nor any business occupying The Lakes Mall will be held responsible. All vendors acknowledge that Michigan is Dead, its employees, workers and volunteers; will not provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors persons or property and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering such loss. Any damage or injury to persons or property caused by any vendor or their workers, employees or volunteers will be the sole liability of the vendor. Michigan is Dead will not be held responsible in any way for persons or property and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering such loss. Any damage or injury to persons or property caused by any vendor or their workers, employees or volunteers will be the sole liability of the vendor.
